The combination of Chlorpheniramine+Menthol+Paracetamol+Phenylephrine+Sodium Citrate is used to relieve nasal and sinus congestion, allergic symptoms of the nose or throat due to hay fever, upper respiratory tract allergies (symptoms include runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever), sinus pain and headache. It is also used in combination with antibacterial in sinusitis, tonsillitis and otitis media.

Paracetamol belongs to Analgesics and Antipyretics works to stop the pain messengers from getting through to the brain and also acts in the brain to reduce fever. Thus, decreasing pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a Nasal decongestant works by reducing congestion in the upper respiratory tract, including the nose, nasal passages and sinuses, and making it easier to breathe. Sodium Citrate belongs to Mucolytics, thins and loosen phlegm in the nose, trachea and lungs helps to make coughing easier.
