Health Tips for Calcium Aspartate
- Take Calcium Aspartate with food to enhance absorption and reduce the risk of stomach upset. Avoid taking it on empty stomach, especially if you are prone to gastrointestinal issues

- Aim to obtain calcium from a balanced diet, incorporating calcium-rich foods such as diary products, leafy greens, almonds and fortified foods
- Ensure you are getting enough Vitamin D either from sunlight exposure or vitamin D supplements, as recommended by the doctor
- Engage in weight-bearing exercises, such as walking, jogging or resistance training, to support bone health and enhance calcium utilization
- Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption as it can interfere with calcium absorption and increase the risk of bone-related issues
