How Caffeine+Paracetamol+Propyphenazone works
Caffeine has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system by blocking adenosine receptors and improving alertness, drowsiness. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that works by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes and also acts on the heat-regulating centre of the brain and causing peripheral vasodilation, sweating and loss of body heat. Propyphenazone works by blocking COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes which are responsible for pain and inflammation.
