Aceclofenac+Drotaverine relieves abdominal pain and cramps where Drotaverine relieves contractions in the abdomen by inhibiting phosphodiesterase-IV (a substance specific for smooth muscles) and Aceclofenac blocks the release of prostaglandins (certain chemicals) responsible for causing pain and inflammation.
