The combination of Acebrophylline+Desloratadine+Montelukast is used to manage breathlessness, wheezing, chest pain, inflammation of bronchi (bronchitis), nasal passages, relieve the dry, itchy skin associated with hives/ urticaria, prevents exercise-related breathlessness due to the narrowing of airways.

How Acebrophylline+Desloratadine+Montelukast works
Acebrophylline is a bronchodilator that helps in relaxing the muscles of the bronchi, thus widening the lumen (bronchodilator) and regulating mucous production and clearance, thus resulting in relief from inflammation (anti-inflammatory property), which provides relief from breathing difficulties.
Desloratadine is a tricyclic antihistamine that helps to control various allergic reactions and also does not make you feel sleepy or drowsy. Montelukast blocks the action of various allergy-producing chemicals in the body (leukotrienes), which provides relief and improves the symptoms of asthma and/or hay fever and/or seasonal allergies like wheezing and breathing difficulty by preventing the narrowing and swelling of lung airways.

- Frequent passing of loose stools (diarrhoea)
