How Acebrophylline+Montelukast works

Acebrophylline + Montelukast is a bronchodilator with anti-inflammatory properties. It blocks the release of certain chemicals (such as phosphodiesterase, leukotrienes) in the respiratory tract that triggers airway inflammation, swelling and narrowing. As a result, it widens the airways and reduces airway inflammation. This allows the air to pass through more freely through the airways which makes breathing easier.
