Abacavir interferes with the activity of the reverse transcriptase enzyme, which is crucial for the replication of the HIV virus.

Dolutegravir inhibits the integrase enzyme of the virus, which is necessary for the integration of viral DNA into the host cell's genome.

Lamivudine also inhibits the reverse transcriptase enzyme, similar to abacavir. It interferes with the synthesis of viral DNA, preventing the virus from reproducing within the host cells.
